community group ministry

Community groups are an important part of our church’s DNA and one of the best ways to build lasting, Christ-centered friendships within the church.

Each group meets approximately twice a month during the school year primarily on Sundays in group member homes, with the goal of encouraging one another to better know Christ, grow in faithfulness and do the things that bring honor to God. Often, it’s also a great time of fellowship and fun.

Our hope is that everyone who attends Life Community Church would experience the blessing that comes from living life in community.

At Life Community Church, we offer a kids program exclusively for our Community Group attendees’ families. During the Sunday night Community Group block, from 4:45-7pm, families have an opportunity to drop their children off at our new Ministry, Starting Line.

Starting Line is a fun and engaging evening where kids build on their faith foundation and deepen their Bible knowledge. We hope that kids will look forward to Sunday nights at church and begin to build their list of memorized scripture, know the Bible better, and dig deeper into Biblical truths at Starting Line!

If you are new to Life Community and would like to learn more about the church, what we believe, and how to get involved, here are two ways to connect:

  1. Connection Coffee

    [last Sunday of the month]
After both the 9:00 and 10:45 services there is an informal coffee time at the front of the sanctuary where you can introduce yourself to the pastor and a few ministry leaders, ask any questions about the church, and learn how to get more involved at Life Community.

  2. Next Steps Class
This class is offered once a quarter for three consecutive weeks during the 10:45 service, check page for dates.
